Welcome to the Airspace administration manual. This documentation is designed for virtual airline administrators who manage their airline through the Airspace backoffice.

Roles
The backoffice is accessible to three staff roles. Each page in this manual indicates which roles can access the described feature.

| System Administrator | Full access to all features and settings |
| Administrator | Access to most management features |
| Operations Staff | Limited access to operational features (documents, licenses, spotter photos, ferry flights) |
Accessing the Backoffice
The backoffice is available at /backoffice on your tenant's subdomain (e.g., yourairline.airspace.app/backoffice). You must be logged in with a staff role to see the backoffice navigation in the sidebar.
